Find a comfortable seat and begin to connect with your breath,

Breathing in and out through your nose,

Allowing yourself to relax with every exhale.

Each breath that you take guides you deeper into a state of relaxation.

Your muscles soften,

Your eyes become so heavy that they naturally stay closed.

Your breath continues to deepen.

Now,

I will count down from five and with every number I say,

You will continue to let go and to move deeper into a blissful state of relaxation.

Five,

You go deeper and deeper into yourself.

Four,

The more you relax,

The better you feel.

Three,

The better you feel move deeper into a blissful state of relaxation.

You go deeper and deeper into yourself.

The more you relax,

Your breath becomes deeper and your mind becomes clear.

1.

You have arrived.

Keep your eyes closed as you imagine yourself standing on a sandy beach.

2.

You feel the warm surface of the sand and the cool sensation below as you dig your toes in.

3.

In the distance,

You hear the gentle sound of breaking waves.

4.

Slowly,

You begin to follow the sound of the waves and walk toward the water.

5.

With each step you take,

You feel the warmth of sun on your skin.

6.

This warmth expands to fill your entire body,

Warming and nourishing your heart.

7.

With this warmth in your heart,

You continue the journey,

Listening to the call of the seagulls above your head.

8.

As you look up to gaze at the seagulls,

You are filled with a sense of freedom,

Light and free in your mind and body.

9.

Take a deep breath in and feel the fresh,

Salty air as it fills your lungs,

Clearing and cleansing your body.

10.

With fresh air and energy in your body,

You reach the water's edge.

11.

The soothing sound of the waves allows you to relax even deeper.

12.

Feel the cool splash of water against your ankles as the waves roll in and out.

13.

Each wave that leaves the shore takes with it one of your thoughts,

Slowly clearing out the mind.

As you stand at the water's edge and take in your surroundings,

You start to connect with all the life that is thriving around you.

15.

The birds overhead are dancing in the sky,

Giving you a sense of freedom.

16.

The sand between your toes is grounding you,

Allowing you to feel supported.

17.

The sun on your face is warming you,

Connecting you with your own inner light.

18.

The ocean breeze is refreshing,

Giving you a new sense of adventure for the days and the weeks ahead.

19.

This expansive feeling fills every cell in your body,

Bringing life and energy to your entire being.

20.

Take a moment here to breathe in your surroundings.

21.

You can stay in this place for as long as your heart desires.

22.

You know that deep inside of you,

It is possible to always return to this place of ease and flow.

23.

It is anchored within you for whenever you need to return to your inner sense of aliveness.
