These pillars are: Movement, Nutrition, Mental Health, Sleep, and Energy and the Environment. These aspects of your life impact your health on a daily basis, and contribute to your overall sense of health and wellbeing. By taking time to explore these pillars, you can make small changes to your day or add in new health habits that will have a positive impact on your wellbeing. Each session has an informative introduction, and then moves into a meditative reflection activity to inspire you to take the knowledge that you learn and apply it to your daily life.
