Short Guided Cacao Ceremony
On day 4 you will be guided into a short cacao ceremony. On this day prepare a cup of cacao (instructions shared on day 3) before beginning the recording.
During this ceremony you will be guided to connect to gratitude, and to repeat affirmations. Repeat the affirmations that resonate with you.
Intentions are an important part of being in a ceremony. Intentions amplify the energy of what you can receive of wisdom, clarity, and overall awareness.
At any point during day 4 and 5 you can pause the recording in order to flow at the pace that feels in alignment with you. Journaling and contemplating for however long feels good. You can also choose to take out an oracle or tarot card for greater clarity and additional guidance.

Before beginning day 5, please prepare a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao or a warm drink.
During day 5, feel free to pause the recording at any time if you'd like time to reflect, journal, or pick out an oracle card or tarot card. Flow in the way that feels good for you.
