This meditation will help guide you into a deep relaxing state to help you drift into sleep. We will begin by relaxing the body and there will be some visualization. Wishing you deep and restful sleep. Lots of love to you beautiful soul! There won't be a bell at the end of this meditation to indicate the end. Background music credits: Chris Collins

Transcript

Begin by closing the eyes and taking three deep cleansing breaths in,

Breathing in through the nostrils and exhaling through the mouth,

Allowing any heaviness from your day to melt off your shoulders,

Letting go of any worries,

Any to-do lists and bringing all aspects of yourself to this present moment,

Knowing that all is well and all will be well,

That you are safe and that you are protected and that you are exactly where you need to be,

Coming back to yourself,

Coming back to your truth,

Coming back to your heart and remembering the true sanctuary lies within.

It is a time to tune in and to let go,

To cultivate a sense of allowing and to notice any resistance,

Any impatience,

Any holding onto.

Instead of pushing them away,

Acknowledge them,

Be with them,

See them for what they are,

Knowing that everything will be okay and everything is working best case scenario.

And if need be,

You can pause this meditation and write down anything that you would like to remember for the next day.

That way,

You can rest assured that you will remember it.

And so after you've done that,

You can simply come back and give yourself permission,

Even if it's for one second,

To let go and to be fully present and to relax your body,

Relaxing your feet,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Allowing the muscles to gently relax and to let go.

Relaxing your hips,

Your pelvic area,

Relaxing your abdominal area and exhaling any heaviness,

Any doubts,

Relaxing your chest area and exhaling.

Relaxing your shoulders and your arms,

Your neck,

Allowing the shoulders to move away from your ears,

Knowing that it's okay to do so,

Giving yourself permission to slow down,

Knowing that just as you are right now,

It's perfect,

It's beautiful,

Accepting and loving yourself just as you are.

And if that may be difficult for you,

That's okay.

Accepting yourself in whatever state or emotion that you may be in and relaxing your facial muscles,

The muscles around your mouth,

Around your eyes,

Softening the muscles between your eyebrows.

And at any point if you feel like exhaling through the mouth,

Give yourself full permission to do so,

Relaxing your forehead and relaxing the top of your head,

Relaxing your full body and noticing your body on the bed that you're on,

Noticing the weight of your body on the bed that you're on and relaxing further and allowing the mattress beneath you to support you,

Feeling this gentle,

Warm feeling and accepting it into your being.

Now observing your belly,

The rise and the fall of your belly.

As you inhale,

The belly rises and as you exhale,

Your belly goes in.

The ebb and the flow,

Like the ebb and flow of ocean waves,

Becoming aware of the breaths,

Bringing your full and complete awareness onto your breath as you inhale and as you exhale,

Connecting to the rhythm of your breath.

With every breath,

Welcoming in more life force energy into your body and relaxing with every breath,

Relaxing with every inhale and exhale,

Feeling your body relax further and further,

Allowing my voice to guide you to come to a place of peace and stillness,

Placing no pressure on yourself to sleep,

Letting go of any sort of pressure,

Letting go of any sort of resistance and cultivating a sense of allowance,

Allowing any sort of emotions to come up,

Allowing any sort of energy to be released,

Letting go of any emotions or energies that are not of your own.

Thoughts will come and thoughts will go.

It is only natural and accepting this thing to happen.

If you're thinking and if your mind is racing,

That is okay.

No pressure to fall asleep.

Returning back to the breath,

To come back to the present moment and to come back to your center.

Without any judgment for every time the mind wanders,

For every time your mind is thinking about anything that might be causing any stress in your body,

It's okay.

Imagine yourself surrounded by beautiful trees.

In this place,

You can hear the sound of birds in the distance,

The sound of a river cleansing the air.

In this place,

You decide to sit close to a tree to connect to its energy.

You take a deep breath here and you exhale,

Letting go.

You place your hands on the ground and you connect to the energy of the earth.

You connect to the energy of Mother Gaia and you thank her.

You connect to her warmth,

Her nurturing support and hold,

Reminding you that you are enough and that you are amazing and beautiful.

Bringing back the balance into your body.

Allowing the life force energy from the earth to come up into your body,

Into your feet and to balance your nervous system,

To heal and relax your nervous system.

Focusing on the sound of the flowing water,

Allowing the sound to cleanse your being,

Allowing the image of flowing water to cleanse your being,

Calming,

Relaxing your full body.

Leaning back into this state of relaxation.

Breathing in calmness,

Breathing in peace and letting go of any tension,

Of any stress and breathing in trust,

Breathing in trust and exhaling any distrust.

Breathing even a little bit deeper,

Feeling more relaxed.

Noticing the stars and the sky,

Maybe even the moon.

Looking at the abundance that surrounds you.

The many flowers,

The roses,

Daisies and lilies.

And in the distance you find that there are many different fruits and vegetables growing in abundance.

The soil there is rich in nutrients and contains a high life force energy.

And you decide to go there.

When you get there,

You realize that you can take from that garden because it's actually a community garden that's very big and vast.

You look at this garden in awe,

Realizing how beautiful and abundant it is.

You connect to the energy here.

You look at the apples and lemons and oranges.

Knowing that this place,

Simply being in this place,

Your soul is feeling nurtured and loved and uplifted.

You decide to walk through this garden,

Guided by the moonlight.

And with every step you feel more and more grounded.

And you feel a deeper and deeper state of relaxation the more you walk through this garden.

Allowing the moonlight to be your guide and allowing it to be a blanket of comfort.

Relaxing your body,

Relaxing your mind.

Feeling your body settling and relaxing even further.

Feeling a feeling of safety and relaxation.

And you allow yourself to fall into sleep.

Allowing your body and your mind to be present in this moment.

Resting.

Knowing that all is well.

And that you can let go.

Letting go into the flow of your body.

Letting go.

Falling deeper into relaxation.

Surrounded by love.

And safety and comfort.

Becoming more and more relaxed.

And falling deep into sleep now.

Allowing my voice to guide you into a deep state of relaxation.

Into a deep state of sleep.

The sweetest of dreams.

Sleep well.
