Welcome to this Transcendence Guided Meditation.

My name is Isra and I will be guiding you through this meditation.

In this meditation we will be using a mantra to get to a more relaxed state of mind.

The mantra that we will be using is Soham.

The meaning of this mantra is I am.

But the meaning is not important here.

What's important is the use of the mantra to get to this deeper and deeper state of relaxation.

The mantra won't be repeated out loud,

It will be repeated within the mind.

First repeat the mantra after me and then we will say the mantra quieter and quieter.

So repeat the mantra after me.

Soham.

Soham.

Soham.

Now you could say it with me.

Soham.

Soham.

Soham.

Soham.

Now say the mantra a bit quieter.

Soham.

Soham.

Soham.

Soham.

Soham.

Now say the mantra within your mind without moving your mouth or tongue.

Allowing the mantra to effortlessly be repeated within your mind.

So doing it anyjisound.

Very good.

You can now open your eyes.

So this is how the repetition of the mantra will happen.

Within the mind effortlessly without needing to focus on the breath.

The point is for the mantra to come and go effortlessly.

Don't worry about it being too fast or too slow.

Whatever feels natural.

The speed,

If it comes fast,

Then it's fast.

If it comes slow,

Then it's slow.

The point is to use the mantra to get into that state of ease and relaxation.

Now we're going to do the same thing.

Close the eyes.

Start repeating the mantra within the mind effortlessly coming and effortlessly going without needing to force it.

Learning to let go of the mantra and allowing the space between the mantra to be present.

Whatever way the mantra comes,

Whatever way the mantra goes,

It is perfect.

And if you completely don't hear the mantra anymore,

That is okay.

And if you want to come back to it,

Then that is also okay.

The point is to have this effortless way of thinking of the mantra.

And if the mind wanders onto any thoughts,

Sounds,

Or sensations in the body,

Allow them to be there and return back to the mantra.

Plienza Thetstroke The mantra comes effortlessly and easily without judging yourself just as it is.

But whatever you have do to,

Pay productiv nibbling in.

You're doing very well.

Continue with the repetition of the mantra and it's okay if your mind wanders.

Just return back to the mantra and if the mantra disappears from your mind,

That is ok.

.

.

.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Now continue to keep the eyes closed.

Let go of the mantra from inside.

Bring back the sensations back to the body.

Feeling the sensations in the toes,

Hands,

Arms,

Legs,

Hips and shoulders.

Bring the mind's eye to the base of the spine.

Trace,

Line up the spine,

Up the small of the back,

Between the shoulder blades and up to the crown of the head.

Take a deep breath in into the base of your spine.

Breathe out as if breathing out from the crown of the head.

Breathe in again into the base of the spine,

All the way up to the crown of the head.

Breathe in to the base of the spine and out of the crown of the head.

One more time into the base of the spine and out to the crown of the head.

Very good.

Now breathe normally and when you're ready,

You can slowly open the eyes.

Excellent teaching for tm. My first time really trying it. Towards end, was slightly confused as to whether breathing in up spine to crown or vice versa but was relaxed so it didn't really matter. Thank you. πŸ™πŸ™will come back to this one tomorrow
