In this meditation we will use a visualization and affirmations to reconnect to our body and Earth. To be grounded means to feel balanced, centred, present in your body, and connected to the Earth. Some signs of not being grounded may be, feeling tired after waking up, feeling spaced out, getting easily distracted, experiencing anxiety, and constant worry. Remember to go out into nature, it helps with grounding. And if the weather is suitable you can walk barefoot on the ground to have direct contact with Mother Earth.
