Welcome to this guided meditation.
Tune into where you can best surrender and let go.
And when you feel comfortable,
You can close your eyes.
Begin by taking a few deep breaths in,
Breathing in through the nostrils,
Filling up the belly and chest area.
And fully exhaling,
Letting go of any tension and relaxing your shoulders.
Breathing fully in,
Filling up the belly.
Holding for a few seconds.
And fully exhaling,
Letting go,
Letting out a sigh.
Breathing fully in.
Holding.
And letting go and exhaling.
Let's do this two more times.
Breathing in through the nose,
Filling up the belly.
Holding.
And fully exhaling.
Breathing one more time in through the nose,
Taking an even deeper breath in.
And fully exhaling.
Staying with the breath,
Taking these deep breaths really consciously.
If it feels right for you,
You can turn your palms upwards in receptivity mode.
And now making the intention to let go of any stress,
Any expectations upon yourself.
Just as you are,
Just as you are,
You are perfect.
Bringing all parts of yourself to this present moment.
Relaxing further into the ground beneath you.
Surrendering and letting go.
Slightly opening up your mouth,
Releasing any tension from your jaw.
Easing and relaxing the muscles between your eyebrows.
Relaxing your eyes,
Allowing your shoulders to move away from your ears.
Relaxing your feet,
Feeling the weight of your feet on the ground.
Easing and relaxing your calf muscles,
Leg muscles,
And thighs.
Relaxing your pelvic area.
Relaxing your abdomen,
Your chest.
And exhaling any tension out through the breath,
Allowing your breath to be your anchor.
Relaxing the back of your neck,
Sides of your neck.
Relaxing your arms and hands,
Feeling the weight of your hands.
Softening your facial muscles.
Relaxing your head.
We're going to connect the whole body to your whole nervous system.
Imagining your nervous system.
Being fully present with it now.
Imagining this golden light.
And breathing this golden light into your body.
Filling up every cell of your body with this high vibrational frequency.
Elevating you to a higher frequency.
And dissolving any energies,
Emotions,
Not serving you.
Letting go of any energies or emotions,
Not of your own.
Feeling this golden ray removing any density,
Any tension from your body.
And now imagining a pink ray.
Breathing this pink ray into the center of your chest.
Breathing it all the way in into your body.
And exhaling,
Letting out a sigh.
Or maybe you might feel like shaking.
Exhaling any sort of density,
Any heaviness out of the mouth.
Clearing yourself through your own breath.
And now taking a very deep breath in.
Holding for a few seconds.
And fully exhaling.
Now taking a deep breath in.
And holding for as long as you can,
Even longer than you think you can hold your breath.
Focusing on the chest area as you hold your breath.
And when you exhale,
Allowing your energy to expand.
Exhaling,
Expanding your energy.
And welcoming a deeper sense of presence.
If this feels in resonance with you,

It is okay to let go of any resistance or any emotional armor.
All is well in this moment.
Now resting in the arms of love.
And surrendering deeper into the ground beneath you.
