Creating a Physical Sacred Space
In this session we will learn how to create your very own meditation space. This fun first session sets the physical foundation for your stillness practice, so to create the nurturing ritual that takes place not only behind closed eyes but in the environment surrounding you. Take a practical look at the physical space in which you are planning to meditate and together we will create a comfortable space for you to connect within, one that feels safe, sacred and one that you can trust with your open heart.

Creating Energetic Space
In this session we will learn how to cleanse and clear the energy in your new or revised meditation environment through physical means of smudging with white sage and with powerful purifying visualizations. This important consideration will make sure that the energy flow is fluid within your sacred space and free of stagnant and negative energy. This practice can be used time and time again when needed and will set you up for a long lasting stillness practice.

Creating An Intention
In this session we will learn how intentions work; connecting, realizing and cultivating in both the energetic and physical forms. You will dive deep into your heart space to tap into a word, energy or vision that your soul holds within. Now your physical and energetic environment set it is time to uncover your true authentic desires, free of limiting beliefs and fear based energy. With your intention in hand, we will move it into alignment to manifest what you desire, transforming your practice from stillness into purpose.

Trust is a Must
In this session we will learn how trust forms an integral element when setting an intention. Today, we meditate on the intention formed yesterday to cultivate it further and to solidify it into our mind, body, spirit and beyond, eventually releasing the intention to the universe to complete the act of ‘surrender and release’ whilst keeping the channels open to receive and bring your intention into fruition.

Breaking Through Barriers
In this session we will learn how powerful affirmations can actually be. You will break through barriers and resistance that may have shown up through the course thus far by soaking your soul in this supportive and nurturing affirmation bath designed to help you remember why you are here. These affirmations will give you a huge boost of power in your life and to finish the course with excitement and presence.
Lição 6
Grounding
In this session we will learn how to energetically ground your body. We turn toward a more earthly ritual where you can whip your shoes and socks off and physically plant your feet into the bare earth. I will guide you to cultivate a connection with Gaia, our Earth Mother by opening up the channels to hand over and release all the energetic ‘junk’ from the technologies that overstimulate us in our highly ‘connected’ world.

Cultivating Gratitude
In this session we will learn the simple yet highly effective practice of gratitude. You will be given the chance to cultivate appreciation for all of the beauty in your life. Feel it open up the pathways for receiving and instantly shift the outlook on your life. This is a powerful tool that you can add to your meditation ritual tool box to use anytime, anywhere.

Communicating with Your Subconscious through Journaling
In this session we will learn new perspectives through the eyes of your pen tip. I will guide you through a journaling process as a way to document your healing journey to unlock a world of creativity and inspiration inside of you. Journaling will help you understand yourself on a deeper level and give you a new angle to assist with your inner self enquiry.

Creating a Mindful Morning
In this session we will learn about mindfulness and how the practice of presence can literally melt away all external distractions and stressors by simply being in the moment. Replace your pen from yesterday with your spoon of choice as mindfulness brings forth the tastiest day by far, where you are invited to mindfully eat. This practice shines light on how you can seamlessly take meditation into your day without getting pushed off the stillness train as soon as you step off your mat.

New Vision
In this session we will learn how brilliant you are. Seriously! You have reached the final session of ‘Create A Conscious Morning Ritual’. Bravo to you! In this final day we combine many of the themes throughout the course to find your path forward by connecting to your intuition and highest self - your soul. Step forward into tomorrow feeling accomplished and empowered to walk, run or fly into the most powerful and truest version of yourself with a huge array of meditation tools up your sleeve to assist along your journey.
