Tapping And Breathing
This session offers you a simple but powerful practice technique that combines EFT tapping, with deep breathing. We will even practice using a simple mantra or affirmation, designed to help you be accepting and gentle with yourself in the present moment.
Lição 3
Simple Pleasures Of Mindfulness
In this third session of the course, I offer you three practices: holding a cup of tea (or other beverage) and drinking it mindfully, gently stretching the body, and wrapping yourself in a blanket. These simple, brief practices can aid in helping you feel calm and content.

Noticing During Your Day
In this session four, we are taking the skills of mindfulness into your everyday life. You'll learn simple ways to bring present moment connection into more average daily experiences, to help cultivate a calm composure inside.

Outdoor Experience
In the last session of Contentment in the Now, you'll literally step outside to experience a moment of nature, or the city if you live there. You'll learn to connect with your surroundings no matter what's going on, to learn to see the beauty in everything, and ultimately feel happier in life.
