Lesson 1
Have Fun With Food
Hi, my mindfulness friends, In our first session, we will explore how mindfulness can be brought to the simple experience of eating. Rather than rushing through a meal or eating while distracted—watching TV, scrolling on our phones, or thinking about what comes next—we will practice paying attention to the sights, smells, textures, sounds, and flavours that arise moment by moment. Having fun with your food!

Lesson 2
Walking With Every Step
In our second session, we will explore how to walk mindfully. Rather than walking to reach a destination, we walk simply to be present with each step. We may also be aware of the beauty around us, such as blue sky, white clouds, and joyful birdsongs. When the mind wanders, we gently acknowledge where it has gone and kindly return to the experience of walking. If we are walking with our loved ones, we may hold hands and enjoy each step we take together.

Let Go And Sleep In Peace
In our third session, we will explore how to let go and sleep in peace. No matter what has happened today or what might happen tomorrow, we gently set it all down for the night. We bring our attention to the body, the sensations of contact with the bed, and the natural sounds around us. Slowly, we invite ourselves to drift into peaceful sleep.

Lesson 4
May Our Phones Bring Joy And Meaning
In our fourth session, we will explore how to use our phones mindfully. When you use your phone, do you feel joyful and connected, or overwhelmed and isolated? The phone itself is not the problem; what matters is how we relate to it. Together, we will reflect on our intentions for using our phones and cultivate greater awareness of how much time and attention we give to them. By bringing mindfulness to our phone use, we can learn to use technology in ways that support our wellbeing rather than distract us from it. May our phones bring joy and meaning to our lives.

Lesson 5
Happy Work, Happy Life
In our fifth session, we will explore how to work mindfully. Do you enjoy working? If not, this may be an opportunity to pause and reflect more deeply. We spend a significant portion of our lives working, so it is important to cultivate a healthy and meaningful relationship with our work. To work mindfully, we can recognise the value of our work, take regular pauses throughout the day to return to the present moment, and learn to let go of work completely when the working day has ended. In this way, work can become not only a source of livelihood but also a practice of joy, balance, and purpose.

Lesson 6
Watering The Seed Of Love
In our final session, we will explore mindful love. We begin by learning to love and care for ourselves. By bringing understanding and compassion to ourselves, we can cultivate greater peace and joy within. From this foundation, we are better able to share our love with others. One of the most beautiful ways to express love is through our presence. Rather than simply sharing the same space while scrolling on our phones, we can offer our full attention to our loved ones—listening deeply, speaking mindfully, and truly being there for them. May we water the seed of love within ourselves and in others.
