A Gentle 5-minute meditation to feel safe and at peace inspired by Louise Hay's Quote “I am totally safe in the Universe. I am at peace everywhere. I trust life.” Especially dedicating to my student Lucy Rose who asked me to create this simple meditation after contemplating the quote in our community. This meditation will help you feel safe and present with beautiful deep breathing and affirmations. Allowing yourself to be comfortable to enjoy the meditation inspired from Louis Hay.

Gently closing your eyes and tuning in to your breath.

Breathing a bit more deeply.

Relaxing with the slow and the long rhythm of your in-breath and out-breath.

Now repeat the affirmations,

Your mantras after me to feel safe and peaceful.

I am totally safe in the universe.

I am at peace everywhere.

I trust life.

Feeling the power of the words.

Breathing in the power into the core of your being.

And being totally here in the present moment.

I am totally safe in the universe.

Feeling your mantras.

I am totally safe in the universe.

Now relax and smile.

Placing your palms gently over your heart.

And trust your life,

Dear beloved.

Now allow a deep breath in.

And breathe out slowly.

Relax your palms.

Smile.

And open your eyes to the world around you.

Feel free to enjoy the meditation at least twice a day to embrace the miracles your life has to bring through your consciousness.
