Coming into a comfortable position and making sure you won't be disturbed and give yourself permission now to take some time to rest and to focus on the breath many people can go days without even thinking of their breath yet it is the very thing that is keeping us alive the breath never never asks questions and it never judges so let's honor our breath now and all that it gives us and let's take five conscious purposeful breaths so one fully inhale and allow the belly to expand and as you exhale feel a wave of relaxation sweeping over you two breathing in feeling the entire body with fresh oxygen and exhale allowing that wave of relaxation to gently sweep over you inhale nice and deeply taking a moment to soak in the life force we call oxygen and exhale notice how your body relaxes without any effort from you four breathing in purifying the entire body and breathing out nothing to do but just to notice how you're feeling and five a full breath in feeling invigorated by the breath and exhale allowing that wave of relaxation again to sweep over you taking a note of how you feel in this very moment you now have an abundance of oxygen and breathing deeply and fully is an expression of self-compassion allow the breath now to be natural and begin to draw the awareness to the very top of your head let your focus move down to your eyes notice how your eyes feel and ask them to relax notice any small movements in the eyes and seeing if you can allow the eyes to settle so notice how the back of your head feels against the surface that it's touching noticing the weight of the head moving your focus to your nose feeling the slight sensations of the air moving in and out with your breath with each breath out imagine your body feeling light and deeply relaxed a wellness to the ears noticing how the ears feel and what they hear around you noticing every single noise and when those signs come into your ears allow them to act as little waves of relaxation taking you even deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation noticing the sound of my voice and from here you can only hear my voice guiding you all other sights pass through and take you into a deeper state of healing focusing on your mouth noticing how the mind feels focus on the neck and the shoulders and asking any tension to release and let go moving your attention slowly going down each arm down all the way to each fingertip noticing what your fingertips are touching and any sensations on your fingertips allowing your focus to go to your chest relaxing this area as well as your upper back releasing any tension with the breath releasing any tension with the breath awareness to the lungs feel them gently expanding and releasing with your breath delivering oxygen to the body allowing your focus to move through your vital organs and digestive systems notice your belly and observe it digesting effortlessly for you and noticing your lower back and how it presses against the celsius you are on allowing any tension to be released with the breath out focusing to the pelvis and the hips and taking yourself deeper into a state of relaxation which heals your body allowing the focus to move down each leg relaxing the legs relaxing the legs your legs have been taking you so many places over the years and they deserve to fully relax this wonderful wave of relaxation moves over your knees and down your lower legs all the way down to your feet into the very tip of each toe now taking your focus going back up the same way we came but this time imagine you are slowly pulling in your favorite color the color is a deeply healing substance imagining your favorite colors coming in through your toes and feet rolling out your legs passing over your knees passing over your knees and up into your pelvis and hips this beautiful color is filling up your digestive system it fills your vital organs to the lungs this beneficial color is profoundly healing you it blows as it fills your whole heart the hue travels across the shoulders and down each arm all the way to the fingertips this invigorating color is moving up your neck now to your mouth,
