This course offers a structured journey through a series of timeless Aesop’s fables, each designed to support your wellbeing through both understanding and practice. Across the week, you’ll explore key themes such as pace, effort, perspective, attention, desire, and trust. Each session includes a short teaching based on the story, followed by a guided meditation to help you directly experience and apply what you’ve learned. Rather than simply listening, you’ll develop practical skills you can use in daily life, including recognising unhelpful thought patterns, steadying your attention, and responding more consciously in everyday situations. By the end of the course, you’ll have a clearer sense of how your mind and attention move, along with simple, repeatable ways to return to a more grounded and steady way of being.
