Welcome to Cultivating Self Love: Practices of Self Care! This is the first lesson of Cultivating Self Love: Practices of Self Care. If you haven't already, I encourage you to check out the first two parts of this series, beginning with Cultivating Self Love: All About You. When all four parts of Cultivating Self Love are completed consistently over a four-week period, you are more likely to have created the habit of giving yourself daily self-love.
