Esta meditación incluye respiraciones conscientes que tienen el efecto de enviarle oxígeno a tu cerebro y cuerpo, generando un efecto relajante y ayudándote a estar más presente y tener más claridad, visualizaciones, conexión con tus sentidos para estar presente, lo cual es de mucha ayuda especialmente si tienes pensamientos intrusivos y miedos. Esta meditación te transporta a tu lugar de felicidad.

In this meditation I will guide you to your happy place.
A place where you frequent or it can be an imagined place.
Start by finding a position in which you feel comfortable.
You can be sitting on the floor,
With your back supported and relaxed.
Or you can be sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Feeling the connection of the earth through the plants of your feet or through the base of the spine.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Expanding your abdomen.
Hold your breath and exhale all the tension of your body through your mouth.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Expanding your abdomen.
Hold your breath and exhale all the tension of your body through your mouth.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Expanding your abdomen.
Hold your breath and exhale all the tension of your body through your mouth.
Now bring your consciousness to the area of your crown,
Above your head.
Imagine or feel a white light expanding in this space.
Relaxing your head,
Your ears,
Your face.
Relax your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Let them fall.
Relax your chest,
Your arms,
Your fingers.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Relax your abdomen,
Your pelvis.
Relax your legs,
Your knees,
The back of your knees.
Relax your ankles,
Your toes.
Relax your feet.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Now imagine this white light in the area of your heart.
You can place your hands on your heart or you can simply bring your consciousness to your heart.
Imagine how this light expands in this area towards the rest of your body.
Healing each cell of your body.
Forming a sphere of light around you.
A titanium sphere that protects you wherever you go.
Now imagine this happy place.
Transport yourself to this place.
You can connect with the aromas of this place.
What are the aromas of this place?
An aroma that is pleasant to you.
That you enjoy.
Inhale.
Exhale.
What temperature do you feel in your body?
What sounds do you hear?
Bring to your consciousness a food or a drink,
A flavor that you enjoy.
Imagine enjoying yourself in this place.
In your happy place.
Allowing yourself to simply be.
What do you see in this place?
What do you see around you?
Start by inhaling through your nose.
Exhale.
Hold your breath and exhale any part of your body that can feel tension through the mouth.
Allow yourself to be in this place.
Enjoy this place.
What do you perceive?
What do you feel?
Remember that this place is always available to you.
Whenever you want to go to it.
Feel the connection with the earth.
Through the base of your spine or the soles of your feet.
Imagine or feel roots that connect you with the depths of the earth.
Imagine or feel how these roots travel through the earth.
Anchoring yourself strongly towards it.
Feel the energy of a mountain on your legs.
The strength of a mountain.
A wing.
Exhale.
Begin to move your fingers subtly.
The fingers of your feet.
Maintaining this energy of connection with the earth.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
And remember that you are connected with all the resources you need.
All the resources you need will come to you.
