Welcome to the Sedona Method Meditation.
In this meditation,
You will connect to the depths of your heart and your intuition.
Start by finding a comfortable position where you can be sitting on the ground or sitting on a chair with your feet flat against the ground,
A straight and not rigid back,
If you may,
Or you can be simply laying down.
Once you have found a comfortable position where your body feels at ease,
It feels warm and cozy,
Now close your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose,
Expanding your belly,
Holding at the top,
And exhaling through your mouth,
All the tension,
Expectation,
Discomfort,
And anything else that you would like to release today.
Again,
Start breathing through your nose,
Inhaling,
Holding at the top,
And exhaling through your mouth,
Lengthening the exhale,
Breathing out all the tension in your physical body,
Discomfort,
Pain,
Expectation,
Out of your body.
Breathe,
Again,
Inhaling through your nose,
Deeply holding the breath at the top,
And exhaling all the tension,
Discomfort,
Pain through your mouth,
Lengthening the exhale as much as you can.
Intend to let go of any expectations,
You are doing just fine.
Now,
Bring your awareness to the top of your head,
To your crown,
And relax the area around your crown,
Your head cavity.
Relax the area around your eyes,
Your face,
Relax your jaw,
Your ears,
And tend to let go.
Keep your shoulders down,
Relax your neck,
Your chest.
Breathing,
Inhaling through your nose,
Filling your belly,
Holding the breath at the top,
And exhaling through your mouth,
All the tension,
Pain,
Discomfort,
And any thoughts of having to do or should do something in this moment.
Releasing all of those thoughts that tell us that we wish should be doing something else right now.
And staying in the moment,
In the present moment.
Now,
Keep relaxing,
Your arms,
Shoulders,
Wrists,
Hands,
Fingers,
Keeping the breathing active in a natural pace,
And relax your torso,
Your abdomen,
Relax your pelvis,
Your legs,
Your knees.
Coming down,
Your ankles,
Your toes,
Your feet.
And feel yourself connected to the depths of the earth,
Either through your feet or the base of your spine.
And feel how these roots are anchoring you deeply into the earth.
You're absorbing all the energy,
Nurturing energy from the earth,
Grounding you,
Grounding your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Breathe through your nose,
Holding the breath at the top,
And exhaling all the tension,
Discomfort,
Through your mouth.
Now,
Become aware of a fear,
Belief,
Expectation,
Negative thought that you would like to release today.
And ask yourself the following questions in order to release the resistance of these thoughts,
Beliefs,
Fears,
And so on.
Ask yourself,
Could I let this go?
This will help you become aware with the possibility of letting go,
Or not being ready to let go,
Which is also okay.
You're going to feel your response in the form of relaxation,
Ease,
Or resistance.
Feel your body,
Feel your body's response.
Could I let this go?
If you feel a yes,
Then you can move on to the next question.
And if you feel a no,
Then that means there is a little more work to do in this area,
A little more investigating to do.
So,
The next question is,
Would I let this go?
Would I let this go?
Feel the response of your body.
Connect to this energy.
Feel the response in your body as relaxation,
Ease,
Peace.
Which means that you are now letting go,
Choosing to let go.
Or,
Maybe you feel resistance,
Or a negative emotion.
Which means that there is the same thing,
More investigation,
And a little more work to do in this area to become aware of the fears,
And resistance,
And beliefs,
Limiting beliefs that are in the way.
In order to transcend them.
If your answer was a yes,
And you were able to let go,
You can move to the next question,
Which is,
When?
When can I let this go?
Feel the answer in your body,
Feel your body's response.
Let yourself this space that you need.
If it's a yes,
Then come back to your breath.
Breathing slowly through your nose.
Holding the breath at the top.
And breathing out,
Sailing through your mouth,
Lengthening the exhale.
The more that you practice this meditation,
The more that you can connect to that awareness,
And release any and all fears,
And resistance,
And limiting beliefs that you choose to do so.
And if you felt a not yet,
A no,
Then it is a matter of investigating and working a little more,
And letting yourself this space to do so.
To explore.
Breathing through your nose,
In a natural pace,
And out through your mouth.
Once you're ready,
Start wiggling your fingers,
Of your hands,
And your toes.
And open your eyes.
And you can stretch your body in any way that you like.
