You will first be guided into grounding your breath, physical and emotional body relaxation, and a process of releasing fears, negative thoughts, negative emotions, limiting beliefs, etc. You will eventually be asked 3 questions, which will help you become aware of the resistance that you hold in your mind and body related to releasing this fear, belief, or thought. Observe how your body reacts after each given question. This method was taught to me by Dexter and Alessandrina.
