A great course! I’m a retired psychiatrist and grandparent so while some of the contents of the course wasn’t new to me, some was new and it was all super helpful for interacting and being with my grandkids and even in other relationships and for myself to honor these practices. I didn’t take notes but did put an emotions list on my fridge for easy reference ❤️

This is a great one, with notes and revisits. The very final lecture, in self-care, could be deepened by touching on an active self-compassion practice.
