Good morning.

Whether you're waking up getting ready for something today or whether you're waking up with totally open plans and an open schedule,

I hope that you're here ready to bring on a little extra intention to your day.

We're going to try and bring some energy and some light and some excitement to the body using guided visualization and breath.

Go ahead and close your eyes if they're not already closed.

Get into a comfortable position.

Extend your head upward,

Creating space in the spine and in the neck.

Envision creating some extra space within your chest,

Extra space for those lungs.

Go ahead and take a deep breath in,

Bringing intention and warmth and energy into the body.

Blow the breath out when you're ready.

By bringing awareness into the lungs,

We're being intentional about creating that space between the body and the mind.

We're bringing light and energy to the heart,

To the spirit.

Continue those deep breaths throughout the meditation.

So with eyes closed,

With the intentional breath,

I want you to follow along with my guided visualization.

I want you to first envision that you're standing in the middle of a field.

You're surrounded by all kinds of grasses and small wildflowers,

White and purple,

Some blue,

Orange,

Red.

I want you to envision a breeze coming through.

Envision that breeze moving through the grasses and through the flowers,

And you might even possibly be able to feel it on your skin.

Be able to feel that little bit of movement on your hands or on your face,

On your feet.

Let that breeze just kind of wash over you.

Next,

I want you to envision that below your feet,

You begin to see and to sense a light,

A bright light.

Those grasses and those flowers around you begin to get even brighter,

Even more robust and beautiful.

I want you to envision that they're even growing right before your eyes.

They look like they're receiving their nutrients that they need right in that very moment.

This light is bringing this flourishing ability right around you for several feet around you.

You notice this light below you and you can also feel the warmth of the sun above you.

You can look up at that sun if you'd like and feel that warmth on your face,

On your hands.

Turn your hands upward and feel it on your palms.

With this next breath in,

I want you to envision and feel that warmth as you take that breath.

Allow that warmth to fill your lungs and through your nose,

The back of your throat,

Into your lungs,

And then down into your belly and your hips,

All the way to your fingertips and your feet.

Allow yourself to feel that warmth.

With this next breath out,

I want you to focus again on the ground below.

Recognize again those flowers,

Grasses still growing and receiving those nutrients and being able to flourish.

They've doubled in size since you were first noticing.

Their colors are richer,

Deeper.

And with this next breath in,

I want you to recognize and let yourself feel that same light,

That same warmth on the bottoms of your own feet.

You can wiggle your toes if you'd like.

Feel that warmth right below your feet.

With this next breath in,

Allow that warmth to come in through the bottoms of your feet as if they're just drinking it up.

And as that warmth comes in towards the bottoms of your feet,

You can feel that energy.

You can feel the nutrients.

You can feel exactly what you're longing for.

Let that warmth come up through the bottoms of your feet into your toes,

Into your ankles.

Recognize that light and also the pull and the grounding sensation that it brings to you.

Recognize the energy that it brings.

Allow that light to work up your ankles and up your calves and your shins.

Draw in that warmth through your knees,

Through the muscles and the tissues,

Through the bones,

As well as every energetic part of you as well.

Go ahead and allow that warmth coming from the bottoms of your feet,

Being drawn in from the ground around you,

Traveling up your ankles,

Your calves and your shins and your knees,

And now up through your legs and your thighs,

Up to your hips,

Up your spine and through your belly button,

Through all those organs,

Through all the tissue and all the muscle.

And allow that warmth to create vivid colors just like it did with the flowers,

With the grasses.

It's creating not only energy,

But it's also fulfilling and filling in where you need it,

Those nutrients,

Those vitamins,

The feelings and sensations that bring you that excitement and that light.

And allow it now to travel up your spine and through your gut towards your ribs,

Your mid-back,

Your lungs and your heart and your ribs,

Up into your shoulders,

Out into your elbows and your hands.

Continue those deep breaths as it warms your lungs,

Your diaphragm.

Remember the warmth and the vitality that comes with this.

Allow yourself to feel and to experience those vivid colors,

Those vivid feelings.

And allow that warmth now to travel from your shoulders up your neck,

Towards the back of your neck and your ears and your jaw,

Through your mouth and your nose and the backs of your eyes,

Your eyebrows and up into your head.

Once it reaches the top of your head,

I want you to envision that there is so much surplus of energy and warmth that it simply continues to overflow over the top of your head,

Up into the air,

Up into the sky.

There's so much for you and then extra.

There's more than enough.

And with this warmth and this energy flowing through as you take those deep breaths,

Take advantage of the feeling that it ensues within you,

Those deep,

Rich breaths,

That beautiful energy.

Allow it to clear space,

To make space for the day ahead of you.

Allow it to help you feel warmth and goodness.

Allow it to help you to watch for goodness and to be kind and to show up as the person that you'd like to be today,

To show up as your authentic self.

Allow that warmth to come from within,

Regardless of what you deal with today.

Allow yourself to watch for good.

Allow yourself to be yourself.

Go ahead and take a deep breath with intention as you do so,

Drawing in that energy from the ground,

Drawing in that vitality,

Drawing in that energy,

And remembering that there's so much that there's excess.

There's more than enough.

Your ability to absorb and to utilize this energy doesn't take it away from anyone else.

There's more than enough for everyone.

I want you to envision just for a moment that that vitality and energy stays right around the heart for a moment,

Helping you to feel loved,

To feel grounded in who you are,

Reminding you of that positivity and gratitude.

With this next breath,

I want you to envision that flow of energy that's coming from the ground below you,

For you to envision that you get to take as much of it as you want with you,

And that you begin to walk,

Begin to walk through that field,

Take that feeling with you,

Take that warmth.

And as you go about your day today,

Remember that you get to come back to this place.

You get to take these breaths and feel that light and warmth and love at any time.
