These three anchors, body breath and sound, helped me settle deeply and feel quite peaceful.

A wonderfully simple meditation, ideal for any level of experience. Thank you I returned to this after a long time. I'd forgotten how helpful it is. I'm in a lot of pain today, and this practice allowed me to simply be aware of the sensations instead of push away the pain. I thank you again! 🙏

Thank you for your wise counsel. I meditate with a painful body these days. It is difficult to release my mind from a feeling of resistance. Your meditation is very helpful. I will stay with it for a few mornings.

Thank you for this meditation. How does one deal with sensations of pain in the body? Awareness is constantly called back to these areas and pain tends to cause tension and even resistance. I would be grateful for any suggestions you may have to let go.

As with all Vajradevi’s led meditations, this goes very deep, very quickly and proves as useful both when and when not meditating.
