But also those of others Some days you may lack energy and others you may find yourself a bit hyper Find balance to motivate yourself towards your dreams and desires and Also the collective goal without burning yourself out Take baby steps every day There's no need to worry let life unfold and progress even if it seems a little scary Expect the unexpected be curious about life your purpose your being Be light and free follow and trust your intuition You may feel led to extend your freedom by being off-grid or ditching technology if only for a while But most of all be authentic there is no need to impress anyone be you You are special a precious gift to humanity and the planet and you're wonderfully unique Please for a short while until the gong consider the precious gift that you are Consider the precious gift that you are you you you The sighting of a bald eagle on my recent vacation really spoke to me as It soared not more than 50 feet above my head.

I was struck by its strength power and freedom That's how its perspective comes from a higher plane Place yourself in the body of the bald eagle and see the world from a new perspective Embrace life with courage and patience expand your view and be free Nurture yourself Avoiding extremes and use your inner wisdom and intuition to direct your decisions Seek balance peace and harmony and remember in all things You can take a deep breath and stay calm My love and appreciation flow to you Bring awareness to your surroundings Peace love joy and harmony in abundance Namaste
