Please find a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths.

This meditation focuses on love energy and our soul desire to love and be loved.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Rest the brief pause between the in and out breaths.

If you wish,

Continue this rhythm of breathing throughout the meditation,

Noticing it in the space between guidance.

Love is your natural state of being.

It intoxifies the soul.

Throughout busy days,

This natural state can be pushed to the background.

Periods of quiet bring consciousness to the essence of who you are,

To find your inner source of love and peace.

Breathe in and breathe out love energy.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Feel the warmth of love in your heart.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Visualise your love expanding out to others.

Send love outwards to a friend,

A family member,

A friend,

A friend,

A friend,

A friend,

A family member,

A loved one.

Send love outwards to someone who has recently annoyed or disappointed you.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Send love outwards to the earth and all sentient beings on it.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Send love outwards to the universe and beyond.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Experience until the gong,

The pure light of love washing over you,

The love that is you,

That connects you to all.

Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of four.

Choosing love,

Compassion and living true to yourself takes practice.

Choose love,

Choose happiness.

Feed your soul's desire to give love and it will be returned.
