Be comfortable.

This brief interlude in your day is just for you.

To slow down,

Breathe consciously,

Appreciate your beautiful energy and be grateful for all the abundance in your life.

Bring awareness to your breathing.

Feel your mind and body relax.

Tension and anxieties ease away.

Be conscious of your energy,

Its effervescence,

Your very being.

In this serene and tranquil moment,

Conscious of your life force,

Simply be grateful for all the abundance in your life.

You are abundantly blessed,

Rich beyond measure.

Abundance flows freely to those grateful for all they have in this moment.

You are gifted with a vast variety of relationships.

Some teach valuable lessons,

Some uplift support and guide.

Some have been brief and are past,

Some are yet to come.

Even a smile from a passing stranger can impact your day.

Be grateful for the wealth of relationships in your life.

Take a look around you at all that you call yours,

So many things that go beyond your actual needs.

Be grateful for your material and financial abundance.

You were born free,

Free to make choices,

To choose your path,

To change direction,

To choose your values,

Free to travel,

To speak,

To express yourself and so much more.

Be grateful for freedom.

To be richly blessed goes beyond money.

Be grateful for your physical health,

At whatever level this may be.

Your balanced,

Holistic mind,

Body and soul health bring overall vitality and wellbeing.

Let the positives and be grateful.

Life,

The most precious gift.

Be grateful for its ups and downs,

For every experience has some benefit.

Live it abundantly and be open to more abundance.

You are loved and you are love and the love is unlimited.

Be grateful.

Focus on the breath which sustains you.

You do not need to remember to breathe.

You do not need to force it.

It is there in abundance.

You are unique,

Beautiful energy.

You are the calm in the sometimes stormy waters of life and should you ever feel lack,

Remember you are abundance.

This guidance can be used daily,

For if we are grateful now,

We will be grateful in all our future nows.
