This is the most mindblowingly perfect hypno meditation. I listen to this every single night. I have never had anyone ever say the most perfect word after word after word. “You are safe”. Every time I hear it I can breathe. In my 41 years, this is the only words that just completely comfort me and help me sleep. It’s more than perfect. For someone with extreme cptsd and insane insomnia… I’ve never felt so safe and comfortable to sleep. I literally listen every single night! Your voice is magical too! I love the repetition all throughout it, the hypno vibes 🙌🏽 I’m just so grateful. I would love to experience it in other ones you make
