Your guidance includes visualisations, journalling, affirmations and practical tools designed to soften identification with outer circumstances and encourage a conscious return to the stillness, clarity and warmth of the Higher Self. Here, joy is explored not as fleeting emotion but as the quiet radiance of Presence itself. By the end of this course, you will have been guided to: • Recognise joy as your natural condition rather than something to be created. • Understand how the ego relates to happiness and gently realign it with truth. • Nurture a stable inner orientation toward peace, regardless of changing circumstances. • Experience greater ease, contentment and lightness in daily life. • Strengthen your trust in Awareness as the source of fulfillment. Meet your Teacher

Stephanie has been a teacher on Insight Timer since 2020 and, like many, her spiritual journey didn’t begin in a state of perfect peace. Instead, it emerged from the raw and real depths of personal struggle. In early 2018, she found herself at what felt like rock bottom, painfully entangled in the grip of addiction and the lasting pain of various abuses. Life felt unmanageable. She felt fractured, heavy and more than anything – disconnected. Disconnected from joy, from purpose, from others and perhaps, most heartbreakingly, from her own True Self. Yet, as with many of our greatest turning points, that time of crisis became a sacred threshold. The darkness, instead of being an end, was actually an invitation to go deeper. It was an invitation to move beyond the surface of life, beyond temporary highs and lows and into something far more stable and eternal. Through honest inner work, consistent daily meditation and a deep willingness to keep going– even when she didn’t feel ready or worthy – life began to subtly shift. Glimmers of light, moments of clarity and a quiet sense of peace began to emerge from the darkness. By late 2018, she began guiding meditations – not because she had it all figured out but because something deep inside knew the immense value of walking this path together. Since then, she's continued to grow, stumble, reflect, and rise, recognising the spiritual path is not about reaching perfection but about returning – again and again – to the deeper truth of Awareness within. Stephanie is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and a certified Meditation Practitioner.

In this opening session of Intensive 2, you’ll be guided to uncover joy not as something to pursue but as the quiet foundation of your own Being. Through guidance, reflection and visualisation, this session explores how happiness naturally arises when attention turns inward and the search for fulfillment softens. You’ll be invited to experience joy as a state of Presence rather than a response to circumstance and to begin recognising the Higher Self as the true source of contentment in everyday life.

Lesson 2

Living In Joy

In this final session, the focus turns to embodying joy as a lived experience rather than a passing state. You’ll explore how inner freedom expresses itself naturally through clarity, presence and ease in daily life. Through the guidance and various reflective practices, you’ll be invited to recognise joy as your natural way of being and to integrate this understanding into relationships, work and ordinary moments. This session supports you in living from the Higher Self with greater openness, stability and quiet confidence.
