Welcome.

For today's meditation,

Please have a journal and a pen nearby.

And then get yourself situated in a comfortable seated position.

Begin to breathe awareness up and down the length of your legs.

So inhaling from your toes all the way up to the top of the hips and exhale back down to the tips of your toes.

Do that a few times.

Just feeling into your legs,

Feeling into your hips.

And then our next few cycles will begin at the waist.

Inhale up the waist,

Up the spine,

All the way up to the crown of the head and exhale back down from the crown to the waist.

And every time you repeat this pattern or this cycle,

On each inhale think extra length through the waist and spine.

And then on your exhale as you move that your awareness down from the crown to your waist,

Keep that length.

Inhale,

Find space.

Move your awareness all the way up and then exhale.

Maintain that space rather than sinking back down.

Let's do that a few more cycles.

And then from there,

Please bring awareness to the base of your spine.

Just settling awareness here for the next several breaths.

A few more breaths,

Awareness at the base of your spine,

This point of grounding your anchor.

And then on your next inhale,

Move your breath and your awareness from the base of your spine up to your pelvic center and then exhale back down to the base of your spine.

Inhale from your base of your spine all the way up to the pelvic center and exhale awareness back down to the base of the spine.

Continue please.

Eight more cycles.

And then on your next inhale,

Move from the base of your spine up to your navel center.

And exhale from your navel center all the way back down to the base of your spine.

Nine cycles here.

Starting to feel energy riding on your breath as you move awareness from the base of your spine to your navel center and back down.

On your next inhale,

Awareness moves from the base of your spine up to your heart center and exhale heart center down through the central channel to the base of your spine.

Nine cycles here.

Again,

Feeling a sense of energy,

Of activity moving on your breath as you shift awareness from the base of your spine to your heart center and back down.

Ten more cycles.

On your next inhale,

Please move awareness from the base of your spine all the way up to your throat center.

Go to the back of your throat and exhale awareness back down.

A few more cycles.

On your next inhalation,

Awareness and breath moves all the way up to the space between your eyebrows and exhale from that space between your eyebrows through the central channel back down to the base of your spine.

Nine cycles.

Inhale from the base of your spine all the way up to the space between your eyebrows and exhale all the way back down to the base of your spine.

And then rest awareness at this place,

This space.

Space between your eyebrows and begin to see light forming.

All of the energy that you were moving up and down the central channel of your spine,

See that energy now becoming light absorbing into the space between your eyebrows.

Then with this light,

Feel this light on inhale moving back toward your midbrain and feel it pulling back out toward the third eye space or the space between your eyebrows on exhale.

Inhale,

Move the light from the eyebrow space deep into the midbrain.

Exhale,

Push it back out to the space between your eyebrows.

Exhale,

Push it back out to the space between your eyebrows.

And now please feel that During the exhale sometimes there can be still a short focus on the little details of today,

But And now please allow your awareness and this light to remain at the midbrain.

Stay with this light.

This midbrain area is your true third eye center.

And from this light,

See emerging the image of yourself in this vision or a vision of your most aligned self.

Notice how you feel,

Where you are,

What you are surrounded by,

And who.

Feel in all of the qualities of this vision.

See this vision of yourself,

Of your most aligned self,

Engulfed in light.

And watch it shrink down to the size of a pea.

The essence of this image is still there.

But see this light now,

The size of a pea,

Move down and settle at your heart center.

Feel it there,

The light emanating,

This vision of yourself taking root.

And then please slowly open your eyes,

Find your journal,

And as quickly as you can capture this vision of how you feel,

Of where you are.

Right as quickly as you can,

Getting down every piece of detail.

And then place the pen or pencil down on your journal,

Knowing that you can pick it up in another moment.

But please bring your hands to your heart center,

Bow your head slightly,

Bow into that light,

That image and vision of your most aligned self.

And feeling the commitment,

The devotion to see it through.

Namaste.
