Each lesson will focus on one chakra at a time. It will begin with an introduction, listing crystals and essential oils you may consider including in your practice. You'll be guided through a short yoga sequence with poses to awaken each particular chakra that transitions into a meditation. This course is intended to be a tool in your journey to connect with the subtle energies of your body. These meditations will help to empower you in claiming and expressing your energy.

The root chakra is your energy center for both security and fear. It governs our physical needs of comfort, stability, nourishment, and safety. It is your right to exist and have everything you need to feel safe and healthy.
