Take a moment to settle in,
Relax and find a comfortable resting place.
Allow yourself to take a deep breath in and let it all go.
Arrive in this moment.
You may choose to lightly close your eyes or hold a soft gaze.
As you breathe,
Allow every muscle in your body to fully relax.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Feel yourself becoming more present as you turn inward,
Allowing sounds and thoughts to fade away.
Take this moment for gratitude.
Be grateful for where you have been,
Where you are now and where the universe may lead you in the future.
Can you be open to accept what the universe has in store for you?
We can't fully control or predict our future,
But we can be sure that life is a cycle of ups and downs.
These experiences shape us and make us who we are.
Can we learn to appreciate all lessons and rewards?
Give yourself a deep breath in and out.
Do not be afraid of the unknown,
Rather welcome it.
Let the universe take the lead and show you just how good it can get.
Inhale and as you exhale,
Loosen your grip on any expectations you may hold.
Let life flow.
Everything you desire,
You already have.
The path to receiving it just may look different than what you expected.
And just maybe,
The outcome could be better than you expected.
Exhale.
Let the attachments and expectations melt away.
Feel the gratitude for even the smallest things that light you up,
The things that bring you joy,
The things that give you that feeling in your heart.
Feel the gratitude for the present moment.
I invite you to place a hand on your heart,
Breathe deeply,
Repeat aloud or silently to yourself,
Universe,
Show me how good it can get,

And exhale the self-doubt.
And remember that even though life brings us ups as well as downs,
We can learn to be present and grateful and to pay attention when the Universe is speaking to us.
And when we feel that in our heart,
It makes it so much easier to say yes,
To release that self-doubt in the second guessing and allow it to just be.
