
Post-Birth Reflection & Relaxation

Reflect on your pregnancy and birthing experience while finding comfort and ease in the present moment. Allow yourself to relax as you begin the healing process. I personally was in search for a meditation in the hours after delivering my daughter but could not find one for so soon after giving birth. It was late in the evening and the adrenaline was still pumping, making it hard to relax and get some rest that night. I was inspired to create one myself, essentially writing myself a letter with the words I needed to hear in that moment and I hope it can resonate with you as well.
