Exhale becoming totally relaxed in your body and mind.
As humans,
It can be natural to want to control every aspect of our lives.
It brings us some sense of security to know what is going to happen next.
I'm sure you can think of a time where you had expectations or plans that didn't end up happening the way that you wanted,
The way you envisioned.
The universe had other ideas.
What if you were to navigate your experience rather than try to control it?

Maybe you would be able to be more present and have more gratitude for that moment and that memory than if you were trying to control and force the experience and the outcome.
