Welcome.

Take your time to find a comfortable position where you can fully relax.

Breathe in,

Let it out,

There is no rush.

Find stillness.

Maybe close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Notice any sounds you hear,

Acknowledge them and let them go.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Sending your awareness inward,

Notice how your body feels from your toes to the crown of your head.

Any thoughts that come up can just float away as you breathe.

Take a breath in,

Exhale becoming totally relaxed in your body and mind.

As humans,

It can be natural to want to control every aspect of our lives.

It brings us some sense of security to know what is going to happen next.

I'm sure you can think of a time where you had expectations or plans that didn't end up happening the way that you wanted,

The way you envisioned.

The universe had other ideas.

What if you were to navigate your experience rather than try to control it?

What if you were to just navigate your experience rather than try to control it?

Maybe you would be able to be more present and have more gratitude for that moment and that memory than if you were trying to control and force the experience and the outcome.

Take a deep breath in,

Let it go.

Do you feel a subtle shift in your body and mind?

Is there a part of this practice you can carry with you through the rest of your day?

Take a deep inhale,

Exhale.

Come back into your body,

Maybe place your hands on your heart.

Say to yourself,

I trust that I can navigate whatever life brings my way.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Slowly blink your eyes open if they are closed.

Be proud of yourself for showing up today,

Sending you infinite love and divine light.
