Good morning,

Mama.

I wanted to sit with you just for a couple minutes before you begin your day and help you connect to your body and to set intentions.

Hopefully you are in a comfortable space.

Maybe you're still lying down in bed.

Or you're sitting with your cup of tea or your cup of coffee.

And I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

Maybe as you breathe,

Hold your mug up towards your nose so you can smell your coffee or tea.

Breathing in.

And out.

Maybe draw your shoulders up to your ears as you inhale.

And exhale,

Let them drop.

Allow yourself to let go of the anxiety and the worries.

Let go of the what-ifs.

And all the possibilities that could come your way today.

Any struggles or challenges that you've been facing,

Let them go with a deep breath.

Whenever those hard moments come up during the day today,

Place a hand on your heart.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Grounding yourself in the present moment.

You can do this.

You're a great mom.

You are doing your best.

You are doing enough.

As you continue to breathe,

Set one or two intentions for your day.

Some reminders to come back to when you feel overwhelmed.

Breathe deeply.

Feel the connection that you have with your heart.

You can always turn right here whenever you need,

Even in the midst of chaos,

Confusion,

Challenge.

Allow yourself to pause.

Take a moment to stretch your arms,

Your neck.

Take a sip of your coffee or your tea.

Allow a smile to come across your lips.

And have the greatest day ever.

Sending endless love and divine light.
