Leap Of Faith

Have you ever been faced with a decision that would require a leap of faith? Remember you have free will and limitless potential my friend. How wonderful it is to be human.

This meditation is inspired by the tarot card: The Fool

Hello friend.

You have arrived.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Maybe you want to stay seated or maybe you want to lie down.

You may or may not choose to close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Begin to listen and notice any sounds going on around you.

Acknowledge them and let them go.

If you have any thoughts that find their way in,

Acknowledge them and let them go.

You can always return to your breath,

Inhale,

Exhale.

As you begin to relax more and more,

I ask you,

Have you ever been faced with making a decision that would require a leap of faith?

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale.

Can you have faith that everything will happen just as it's meant to?

The beauty of being human is having free will.

We inevitably have to make decisions to trust in the universe and in ourselves.

You have limitless potential.

All you have to do is be mindful.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Notice how you're feeling in your body.

Any thoughts that came up that may be returned again and again.

Be kind and curious to yourself.

The way that the room feels around you.

Bring a little movement into your body.

Breathe in as you slowly blink your eyes open if they were closed.

Remember as you go on throughout your day that the possibilities and the opportunities are endless.
