Living Differently With Tinnitus

With Tonya Rothe

Living with tinnitus can wear you down, especially when the ringing, buzzing, or humming follows you into sleep, focus, quiet moments, and ordinary parts of the day. This course offers a different way to live with tinnitus by helping you shift your relationship to the sound instead of trying to ignore it, fight it, or force yourself to “get used to it.” You’ll learn ways to settle your nervous system, soften fear and frustration, and create more space around the sound. There may not be a simple cure for tinnitus, but there are ways to support yourself so the sound does not have to run your whole inner world.

Meet your Teacher

Tonya is a neurodivergent yoga and meditation teacher with more than 25 years of yoga practice. She is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with additional training in meditation, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, holistic nutrition, Brain Longevity, and trauma-informed and accessible approaches to yoga. Her classes and courses offer practical ways to work with your body, mind, energy, and attention in everyday life.
