Welcome to Day 1. In our first day together, I will explain what EFT is and how to do it, and then move into the tapping to clear out anxiety and limiting beliefs so you can finish the session feeling grounded and calm.

Welcome to Day 9. Today we will tap on being grateful for our emotions. Often we suppress or push away uncomfortable feelings, but today we will tap on accepting and loving all of our emotions.

Welcome to Day 10. On our final day of tapping together we will tap on being grateful everyday. We will tap on making gratitude a daily habit and thank ourselves for committing to this journey together.
