Emily is a clinical psychologist, writer, and speaker with a research background in Behavioural Neuroscience and Positive Psychology. She is passionate about helping people transition through fear and overwhelm into states of motivated action for the earth.
She lives in the seaside town of Byron Bay, Australia, and when not teaching mindfulness, she writes and produces music. She is the founder of Wye in the Sky Records, an independent, purpose-driven music label that re-wilds the planet via music, giving royalties to local conservation initiatives in her region....

This question stood out to me because of a practice of cultivating awareness and self-compassion, finding meaning through a conversation with the feminine, with Love, made possible by the relationships between these massive gravitational bodies, Moon, Sun, and Earth—Luna Solterra.

Dear Emily, it was a great journey to the heart space. I love your gentle and honest approach to the human condition. My no. 1 takeaway was that self-compassion is a non-negotiable daily practice.
Until I discovered mindfulness, I kind of lived with blinkers on, wanting to be and do good in the world but finding that I could never ‘stack up’ to my own self-set standards. I didn’t really care for myself as I should. This was a great way to explore that. I look forward to taking your other course. The music composition was great too, by the way. I truly didn't want this course to end and every day found myself wishing I could repeat one of these meditation practices in a longer sit. Had several quietly monumental moments during this series and plan on repeating so I can soak in its practices even more.
Emily - I have never had a meditation experience where the path I dream of for my heart and spirit was articulated and the tools I've needed to clear that path given like this before. I'm half inclined to travel to Australia if you ever offer a meditation retreat!!...
