Transcript

Start by sitting in a comfortable position,

Legs uncrossed,

Hands resting in your lap.

If you feel comfortable close down the eyes or let your gaze rest downwards.

Where is your mind in this moment?

Just notice what it is that you're thinking about.

Take some time to tune into your body sitting here now.

Notice the eyes and brow.

Tune into the jaw and shoulders.

Notice your posture and how you're feeling in this moment.

Stand down your body and feel into any places of tension or discomfort.

If it helps use your breath to open and let go.

Now tune into the sounds around you.

Become aware of the people sitting around and next to you.

Acknowledge them with your awareness.

You are all working together for a purpose.

Take a moment to connect to any personal goals or priorities you have for this session.

And then connect to how you would like to be for the next little while.

How you'd like to feel and how you'd like to be received by others.

Good.
