In this lesson, you will learn what fear is and why it is very natural when you are wanting to get out of your comfort zone. You will gain an understanding of why your fears sometimes hold you back, and how you can begin to look at them differently so you can begin to move past them; as well as why fear can actually be one of your greatest gifts, and be a sign that you’re facing the right direction.
You will also do a practice to start to question your fears.

In this lesson, you will learn where your limiting beliefs come from and how they can keep you stagnant and stuck in your life, holding you back from stepping you into your true potential. You will understand how you can notice that they are there, and how you can begin to question them, begin to dismantle them, as well as change the neuropathways of the brain.
You will also learn the three keys to lasting change as well as do a practice to notice your own limiting thoughts and begin to shift them.

In this lesson, you will learn the power of your words on your mental and physical body, as well as how they can affect your life and how you show up I the world. You will learn how to reframe your thoughts and beliefs, and become the observer of your language so you can use more empowering statements and affirmations. This will allow you to reframe your old patterns and begin to change the conversation.

In this lesson, you will learn about the solar plexus as a power center, both in terms of confidence and courage, as well as transformation. You will experience a meditation that helps you dissolve old patterns and fears, as well as bring in your new positive affirmation that you created in the previous lesson. It is a powerful practice to build will, determination, inner strength, and certainty.

In this lesson, I will share a technique with you called the Emotional Stress Release Technique for Emotional Freedom. This is particularly helpful with shifting anxiety over past events. It’s a way to see new options and alternatives to the old stories and can help you to anchor in your new positive beliefs. It’s also beneficial in those little emergency moments where you might be feeling overwhelmed and want to bring yourself back to center.

In this lesson, you will learn how preparation is vital, what to do when you have a setback, why you should acknowledge small wins, as well as write a letter of commitment to yourself of continuous action moving forward.
You will understand that while change is difficult, it can also be incredibly exciting, opening up your world, bringing in new people, new possibilities, and serving as an invitation for your own personal growth. You will finish with a short meditation practice to connect to your light from within.
