Debra has taught Mediation, Mindfulness and healing practices for over thirty years. Her special interest is Yoga Nidra. All her work aims to empower people to connect to their Innate Wholeness, Natural Wisdom and Spiritual Depth. She is an artist-poet and has a degree in English and Inter Arts specialising in using creative and expressive arts therapeutically. She is Reiki master and Rites of Passage guide. Her aim is to make spiritual practices as relatable and accessible to as wide a range, and as many people as possible. She lives in a beautiful glen in South West Scotland surrounded by native trees, hill lochs and mountains. Love of the Earth and helping people to welcome themselves back into harmony with their natural rhythms and cycles, intimately mirrored by those of Nature is core to her work.
