A seed's ecstasy is a poem from my 'Cherishing Nature Series.' It invites you to reflect on where you are in your own flowering and life stage. It can also be used as a springboard for journalling or creating your own poem. There might be lines in the poem that stand out to you which you'd like to use for your writing prompt. For example the last line might lead you to contemplate the small and particular ways in which ecstasy is renewed in you.
