Olivia Jackson is a somatic transformation practitioner, meditation teacher and spiritual mentor with 25 years of Tibetan Buddhist practice - and lived experience of chronic pain, trauma and rebuilding a life from scratch. In 2015, a near-fatal accident on a film set left her in a coma for three weeks. What she woke to was a body in pieces - brain trauma, severe physical injuries, neurological damage and chronic pain that has been present every moment since. That experience - and what she found within it - is the foundation of everything she teaches. Olivia works at the intersection of somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed healing and contemplative practice. Her approach is grounded in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, offered in a way that is accessible to anyone, regardless of background, belief or prior experience. Her work is informed by Compassionate Inquiry, transpersonal psychology and psychosomatic healing. She specialises in working with: — Chronic pain and long-term illness — Anxiety, trauma and emotional healing — Spiritual mentoring and meditation guidance — Integration of significant inner experience Before this work, Olivia had an international career as a model and stuntwoman, working on productions including Mad Max: Fury Road, Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy. She works privately with clients across the UK, USA & internationally - and teaches within the Inner Alchemy Meditation Community.

A hidden perspective and awakening course! The journey was impactful in that I was able to start learning to differentiate between attaching to fear and how to become less identified with it. Learning to turn off the mental fear stories enough to focus on the sensations, then I was able to relax and meditate the anxiety away. Thank you and I will revisit this course and keep practicing.
