JB uses stories and gentle guidance to point you towards your own innate health and solutions. JB has lived experience of trauma, complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), imposter syndrome, addiction, lack of self-worth, jealousy, and insecurity. And she's passionate about waking people up to their own well-being to live contented and fruitful lives. JB is pragmatic and includes actionable steps in her courses. You are invited to be in control; you are free to follow or ignore the guidance. In short, listen to your own inner guide and do what feels good for you.
