Meet your Teacher

Ananya Iyer is a certified yoga professional who specialises in trauma-aware, nervous-system-focused practices that help women cultivate greater calm, self-trust, and emotional wellbeing. Her work brings together yoga philosophy, breath awareness, psychology, and evidence-informed approaches to stress regulation, presented in a gentle and accessible way. With a particular interest in the natural transitions of a woman's life, Ananya creates supportive educational experiences around pregnancy, motherhood, hormonal wellbeing, and deep rest. She believes that many of the emotional and physical changes women experience are not signs that something is wrong, but natural processes that deserve understanding and compassion.
