Meet your Teacher

Ananya is a yoga teacher and nervous system–focused practitioner whose work centres on helping women feel safe, supported, and at ease within their bodies. With a background in psychology from the University of Cambridge and formal training in traditional yoga practices in Kerala, India, she integrates modern understanding of the mind with ancient, body-based techniques such as Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Her approach is gentle, trauma-aware, and grounded in the belief that the body does not need to be forced into calm, but guided into it through safety and awareness. Through her work, she supports women in navigating stress, emotional sensitivity, and hormonal changes with greater steadiness, softness, and connection to their own bodies.
