Night anxiety feels different. The world goes quiet… but your body doesn’t. Your chest tightens, your thoughts start looping, and sleep feels just out of reach. In this course, you’ll learn why this happens—and more importantly, how to calm it in a way that actually works with your body, not against it. Through a series of deeply guided sessions, you’ll gently shift your nervous system out of alert mode and into a state of safety. You’ll learn how to release physical tension, soften anxious sensations, and stop trying to “force sleep”—so sleep can return naturally. Each session builds a simple, repeatable night ritual you can come back to anytime anxiety shows up. Not to control it… but to let it pass. By the end of this course, your nights will begin to feel different—quieter, softer, and far more restful. Please note: This course is for educational and supportive purposes and is not a replacement for professional mental health care. Because these practices are designed to promote sleep, please do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.
