Through a series of deeply guided sessions, you’ll gently shift your nervous system out of alert mode and into a state of safety. You’ll learn how to release physical tension, soften anxious sensations, and stop trying to “force sleep”—so sleep can return naturally. Each session builds a simple, repeatable night ritual you can come back to anytime anxiety shows up. Not to control it… but to let it pass. By the end of this course, your nights will begin to feel different—quieter, softer, and far more restful. Please note: This course is for educational and supportive purposes and is not a replacement for professional mental health care. Because these practices are designed to promote sleep, please do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.


Meet your Teacher

Ananya Iyer is a yoga teacher and guided meditation practitioner who focuses on nervous system regulation, deep rest, and sleep-based practices. Her work is rooted in Yoga Nidra and body-led awareness techniques that help shift the system out of stress and into a state of safety. With a background in psychology and formal training in yoga from Kerala, India, she brings together both modern understanding and traditional practices to support those experiencing anxiety, overthinking, and disrupted sleep. Her approach is gentle, practical, and grounded in the belief that the body already knows how to relax when given the right conditions. Through her guidance, listeners are invited to move away from effort and control, and instead allow calm and rest to arise naturally.
