Meet your Teacher

Ananya is a yoga teacher from India whose work focuses on nervous system regulation, deep rest, and helping people reconnect with a sense of safety within themselves. Her approach combines traditional yoga practices with a gentle, body-led understanding of how stress, tension, and constant alertness are experienced in daily life. Trained in Kerala and deeply rooted in practices that support rest and self-awareness, she creates experiences that help listeners move away from survival mode and return to a steadier, more supported way of being.
