With a background in advising global organizations on strategic direction and effectiveness, her award-winning research explores how stress impacts employee performance and how companies can foster more inclusive, resilient work environments. Christian Straka is a mental performance coach with over 30 years of experience in professional sports, having trained world champions across multiple disciplines. He integrates evidence-based mindfulness techniques to enhance focus and performance and currently serves as the Global Mindset Coach for adidas Runners. Christian is also the co-founder of Mindsize Sports, Maverick Community, and Maverick Forward, and is certified through UCLA’s Mindfulness Facilitation program and Unified Mindfulness.
