In spite of knowing that I have imposter syndrome and knowing what it tells me in not founded in facts but lies and insecurities, I have not fully released it. This practice will help me to let go of it for good . I am looking forward to repeating this practice weekly and making it a ritual.

I loved the direction to break down and point out where you feel like you’re falling short and how to turn that around and write an affirmation. So well thought out and broke down in such a simple manor. I’ve always struggled with a daily affirmation but with your direction it really simplified it. Thank you.
