While I didn’t get clear on what I most would like to do to feel more purposeful and engaged, this short course did open me to how I might be able to do so. Thank you

Thank you for an excellent lesson! Having read your book on emotional intelligence and loving it, I was excited about this course. Your conversational tone and logical explanation of this topic were just what I needed as I struggled to rediscover my passion for my work. I hope you consider posting more lessons on Insight Timer.

Thought provoking questions.Interesting point that finding purpose in work doesn't necessarily mean finding a company whose mission aligns with your purpose.

I liked the content included, but wanted a bit more. Maybe repeat prompting questions at end to use in journaling, and how to work forward when answers arrive or seem confusing. Need a lesson 3, 4, 5 perhaps for reinforcement and extra encouragement too.

These are some of the basic questions I ask of clients (and myself) in my career counselor role. I like the shift in context for them presented here - get out of the head more and into the heart and soul. Many of my clients are in their heads too much, wondering, worrying, planning, and so on that they don't take the time to just sit quietly and see if that next rung on the career ladder is really the direction they want to be going. They might do well to climb back down, jump off if they aren't up too high yet, or even look around them to see if there is a nearby tree or cliff shelf or something they can move to and get off the ladder in that way. I really like the emotional component here. Thank you for sharing it with us. I see you and the light within you. Be well. 🤲🏻❤🤲🏻
