This seven day series provides an experience each night to banish sleep troubles and create a ritual for unwinding your mind at bedtime so that you can sleep deeply with peace and ease. The sessions are meant to put you to sleep and to support sleep efficiency. Sleep efficiency is the ratio of the total time spent asleep (total sleep time) in a night compared to the total amount of time spent in bed. It means you can fall asleep easily and stay asleep, or fall back asleep easily if you wake up. An efficient sleep leads to a deeper sleep of higher quality with fewer interruptions. Using a variety of techniques from Yoga Nidra to Visualizations to Breathing tools, you can use this series to find a practice that best speaks to you, that best supports your body and mind to find and sustain the blissful sleep you need and deserve. Your Sleep Rx: Try the series for 1 or 2 weeks all the way through then choose a sleep ritual that most resonates. Use this ritual daily for a month until your mind naturally wants to go through this process and associates this ritual with deep, restorative sleep.


Meet your Teacher

Jordana is a meditation and spiritual guide whose soothing voice has been listened to by millions as an aid for great sleep. A recovering "type-A overachiever,” Jordana understands high-stress environments and makes it her everyday mission to help people make peace with and diffuse anxiety so they can excel in their days and sleep soundly at night. A Sensual Ritual For Rest & Sleep

In tonight’s ritual you’re opening your sense of smell. Associating a specific smell with relaxation and sleep can create a Pavlovian response, conditioning the brain to associate that scent with a calm state, thus facilitating easier and deeper sleep over time. Research suggests that certain aromas, such as lavender, can trigger the release of calming neurotransmitters like serotonin and GABA in the brain, promoting feelings of relaxation and reducing stress. The body’s olfactory system, responsible for processing smells, is closely linked to the limbic system, which regulates emotions and memory, leading to a strong connection between scents and mood. As your breath slows to a calm, steady pace, you'll imagine peaceful, grounding images that can be psychedelic and also wash away tension. With each exhale, stress melts, replaced by a profound sense of inner stillness.

This ritual focuses on sending well-wishes to friends, family, ourselves and the world.
