The Sacral: Sweetness & Flow Breath & Seated Movement
The sacral chakra is our center of sensuality, passion, and creativity. Today we'll do a few breathing practices and very gentle movement to activate this space of "sweetness" and flow. Our first breathing practice slows the heartbeat and can lower or stabilize your blood pressure.

The Solar Plexus: Powerful Skull Shining Breath
A powerhouse day of YES. The breath that we’ll practice today is an intense one to stoke your inner fire. It’s called Kapalabhati or skull shining breath.
When you are balanced here, discipline comes more easily. You have a force within you that helps you get things done, but not overdone. You hold the confidence that’s needed to make the impossible possible. Basically, this is the home of our internal superhero.
Today is for feelings of empowerment, brightness, energetic, peace, determination, and strength.

Lesson 4
The Heart: Circular Blissful Breathing
Today we lay down for our practice as we welcome intention, unconditional friendship and love, gratitude, and blissful breaths into our mind/ body/ energy. The breath we practice today opens our hearts, so that when we are breathing in this way, our hearts can't help but to open to possibility, giving, and receiving. This can feel euphoric, even like a runner's high. While possibly challenging at first, as you listen to your body with your pacing, you'll be able to deliver the breath to yourself like medicine for your heart before we rest in a space of non-doing.
You are welcomed today to bring intention into your heart as we remember a truth of who we are, underneath it all, is pure loving presence.
Today is for being, gratitude, love, joy, spiritual upliftment, and relaxation.

The Throat: VU Breathing For Empowered Expression
While opening our vocal center today, we bring awareness not just to what we say but also what we can hear. We listen to ourselves well, so that we can hear the world around us with greater clarity. It all starts from within.
The breath we’ll do is one that supports the health of our nervous system. It connects our gut to our voice. It helps us relax and ground when we get anxious, so that we can make space for our truth to emerge, for kindness to be spoken, for expression to be received. It's a great breath to practice on a Thursday (throat chakra day) or any moment you want to harness your empowered expression, your personal choice, and sovereignty. Let the VU sound vibrate within you.
Today is for personal expression, empowered choosing, soothing the nervous system, and soothing anxious thoughts.

The Third Eye: Balanced Nostril Breathing & Intuition
When we bring our awareness to our third eye, we are activating our inner commander. When our inner commander is balanced, we are easily able to see what is right for us. It may even feel like the choices we make have been made with psychic abilities to see the best possible outcomes for our personal and spiritual growth and betterment.
Today we clear the way for our inner commander to direct us by using alternate nostril breathing, along with our visualizations. This breath lowers stress and anxiety which helps us to relax. When we relax, we’re able to engage with our wisdom.
Today is for balance, relaxation, tapping into intuition, psychic abilities, endurance, and longevity.

The Crown: Your Preparation For Pausing With Brahmeri Breath
We've reached royalty status as we visualize the jeweled crown of compassion and wisdom we call forth as we empower ourselves with daily practice.
We'll use the breath of the royal queen bee today, the hum of what's known as "Brahmeri". This breath not only clears frustration, anger, and any cerebral tension, doing this breath brings sacred silence naturally, easily. This inner silence we'll experience is a vibration that is not absent of sound, rather the creation of a container where we can rest as the witness to our experience.
Because our crown connects us to everything, when balanced, is a shared chakra with the highest vibrations of the universe.
Today is for connection to purpose, infinite possibility, preparation for deep meditation, soothing the nervous system, and releasing stuck emotions.
