Hello,
My name is Jordana and today we're going to do a meditation to call in wisdom from your guidance system.
I'm of the belief that we already have everything we need in order to heal,
To grow,
And to move forward on our own divine life path.
That is the path that is uniquely each of ours,
Bringing us into our bliss.
This meditation came to me when my heart was hurting and my mind was racing and I couldn't feel.
I realized that in a state of avoidance,
It took a long moment of surrender,
Along with encouragement to tune in and to listen.
I hope you'll find this practice supportive if,
Like I was,
You're feeling hurt in your heart,
A sense of stuckness,
A lack of personal clarity,
Or any energetic tension.
So now,
Together,
To access what is within,
We'll practice listening deeply with intention.
Find your meditation posture now,
A comfortable way to lengthen so that your spinal cord can be long,
So that you can feel yourself rooting exactly where you are.
Feel that your spine can lengthen so long that it becomes the connector,
Grounding into earth below,
And lengthening upward to spirit,
To divine,
To something unknown that feels bigger than the vehicle of your body.
As you breathe,
Feel your inhale extend from where you are rooted into the earth,
From this place of groundedness.
Your inhale moves up your spine and makes contact with your third eye,
The forehead,
And at the crown,
The top of your head.
This breath is energy from within you.
It is prana coming now from the top of your head and connecting to something bigger.
Follow this flow of energy by watching your breath as it flows up the spine,
Connecting to divine.
Moving up and down the spine,
Your connector to earth,
To groundedness,
And to sky,
To heaven,
To what is divine in life.
Keep the cycle of breath going for the next minute or so on your own.
If you find that your mind is wandering,
Gently bring it back to awareness on your breath.
You may notice sensations in the body.
Perhaps it's even an expansion of your heart.
You can notice these sensations.
And when you're ready,
You can come back to the breath.
Moving into your energetic flow,
Your connection between earth and divine.
Breathing.
Continue this breath longer than you think you need.
It's about what you feel,
What you know from the heart.
It's about leading your life from love.
With whatever is now,
Your current circumstance.
There is a slowing down that begins the process.
Imagine that your mind is melting down into your heart.
Bring your awareness to the center.
The center of your heart.
Bring a sense of curiosity.
Curiosity in the body.
In the heart.
Connecting to the question.
Divine.
Spirit.
What is it that you need me to know?
Posing the question in your mind.
Asking of the part of you that is infinite.
That transcends time,
Space,
And circumstance.
What is it that you need me to know?
Taking the next few minutes to breathe,
To remain open.
If your mind wanders somewhere that is distracting,
Come back to the question.
What do you need me to know?
What is it that you need me to know?
What is it that you need me to know?
What is it that you need me to know?
Listening.
Observing where the mind wanders if it does.
Observing if you're trying to force something to happen.
And energetically loosen that grip.
Know that nothing needs to happen right now.
Messages may come or they may present themselves to you at a later time.
As you breathe,
Keeping your mind and your heart open to any possibility.
What is it that you need me to know?
What is it that you need me to know?
What is it that you need me to know?
Going into total presence.
Resting in this moment now.
No matter what your experience,
Take this time to remind yourself.
Perhaps even repeating to yourself these words,
My life is divinely guided.
My wisdom extends beyond what I can imagine.
I am a conscious and curious observer.
What is happening in my life is up to me to interpret for my highest good.
I know when to take action on what I see.
I am brave,
I am bold,
I am strong.
I am infinitely loving.
I am infinitely loved.
I have the answers I am seeking.
Taking a deep breath to let your words sink in.
Taking another deep breath to ground in yourself.
Using your practice with gratitude for how you show up,
For your presence.
Thank you for my presence.
Thank you for my presence.
Giving it to yourself.
Thank you for my presence.
Bring both hands to lay flat against the center of your chest,
Your heart.
Breathing in and sighing out the mouth.
Bring your hands onto your lap.
And whenever you are ready,
You can open your eyes and come back.
